Refunds may be issued as either a full or partial refund, depending on the nature of the issue, the extent of services rendered, and the overall impact on the event. Any refund determination will be made in good faith by EatMyTeppanyaki after a reasonable review of the circumstances.

Under no circumstances shall any refund exceed the total amount paid by the Client.

⸻

EatMyTeppanyaki agrees to make reasonable efforts to continue and resume services despite weather-related conditions, including but not limited to light rain, wind, or temperature changes.

Weather conditions alone shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or rescheduling unless such conditions pose a legitimate safety risk as determined by EatMyTeppanyaki.

⸻

Allergies & Food Safety Disclosure

Clients must disclose any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or special requests prior to the event. Consumption of raw or undercooked meat, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase the risk of foodborne illness, especially for individuals with certain medical conditions.

EatMyTeppanyaki shall not be held liable for allergic reactions or illnesses resulting from undisclosed allergies or dietary restrictions.

Clients requiring privacy or restrictions on photography or videography must submit a written request for a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to booking. Privacy requests are not valid unless an NDA has been formally executed by all parties. Absent an executed NDA, EatMyTeppanyaki retains full usage rights to all captured content.
