Thank you for your interest in EatMyTeppanyaki. Please read over our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Disclosure. By using this site &/or reserving our services you are agreeing to the terms as detailed below.

 

Terms & Conditions

Fees, Services & Charges 

Buffet style is mandatory for 10 or more guest unless otherwise agreed upon by Chef.

 

Service FEE:

A $250 Equipment and Labor service charge will be applied to all reservations.

 

Travel Fees: 

Travel fees will be charged accordingly – within a 20-mile radius, $2.00 per mile; 21–45-mile radius $2.50 per mile; over a 45-mile radius $3.00 per mile. Travel fees for events outside the state of California will vary. If you are planning an event outside California please contact us.

Service Fees:  

Service time is 3 hours and begins at the agreed upon time during booking. An additional $50.00 per each additional half hour (30 minutes) over the agreed upon time will be added to the balance.

Booking Fees:  

A “Last minute” booking fees will be added as follows for all booking made less than 31 days from their event day – less than 30 days $35 booking fee; less than 7 days $60 booking fee; less than 3 days (72 hours) $150 booking fee; One day (24 hour) notice $200 booking fee; Same day $300 booking fee. Events are booked at a first come, first served basis, the client that pays the deposit first books the day.

Allergies 

If you have any food allergies and or special request, please be sure to give notice before the event. Consumption of raw or undercooked meat, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of food borne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.

 

 

Cancellation Policy 

In the case that an event reservation must be cancelled either by the client or due to forces outside of our Control (ie Covid-19, weather, etc.) clients may choose to move the event to another available date or gift the balance paid to someone else. If EatMyTeppanyaki cancels the event the deposit will be refunded. If EatMyTeppanyaki does issue a refund of any kind the varied amount will be refunded back to the last used original payment method within 90 days of the refund request being made at the discretion of EatMyTeppanyaki management. All deposits, Payments and tips are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Other Disclosures & Policies

By booking EatMyTeppanyaki you agree to the following: EatMyTeppanyaki and staff are not responsible or liable for any damages, injury, or illnesses that may occur. You have the right to report any concerns prior to the start of the event and have the right to opt out of any part of the chefs show which does include FIRE, JUGGLING, HOT APPLIANCES AND OTHER HIGH-RISK TEPPANYAKI SHOW ENTERTAINMENT. All pets must remain tied up or put away while EatMyTeppanyaki is present, and all children must be supervised AT ALL TIMES. Guests must have a clear understanding of what is to be expected and all safety procedures taken seriously. For the safety of all guests, NO ONE besides the trained professional teppanyaki chef, under any circumstance is permitted to come behind the grill or any other high-risk zones. These rules are put in place for the wellbeing of guest and staff. Failure to abide by these rules along with any common decency violations such as fighting, harassment, etc., will result in the early termination of the event without a refund. Full payment must be made prior to the event set up and any allergies must be disclosed before the show starts. EatMyTeppanyaki and staff will do everything in our power to keep everyone safe and provide exceptional service. These terms and conditions along with prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Photography 

By booking EatMyTeppanyaki you hereby agree and give your permission for us or our affiliates to record, film, photograph, audiotape or videotape you &/or your event and to display, publish or distribute these works for the purpose of publishing, posting on our website &/or social media sites. You understand by booking our services you waive any right to approve the use of these works now or in the future, whether the use is known to you or unknown, and you waive any right to any royalties related to the use of these works. You understand that these works may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside of EatMyTeppanyaki’s control. By booking you agree that you will not hold EatMyTeppanyaki responsible for any harm that may arise from such unauthorized reproduction.

Covid-19 

EatMyTeppanyaki takes every precaution necessary to make sure your event is safe. You are required to comply with all Covid-19 regulations put in place by the county or venue. You may be required to show proof of vaccination, wear a face covering and social distance when possible. Guests who do not comply with Covid-19 regulations may be asked to leave. By attending our events you acknowledge that there is a risk of exposure to the novel Coronavirus by booking an event you waive and discharge any and all liability, claims and demands which may arise from participating in our events.

We collect information from you only when you enter information on our site or when you place an order. When ordering or registering on our site, when applicable you may be asked to enter your name, email address, payment/credit card information or other details to help maximize your experience on our website.

We use the information collected from you when you register, make a purchase, opt-in for our newsletter, respond to marketing communications or use certain features on our site. Personal information is stored on a secure network and is only accessible to a limited number of individuals who have special access to these systems. These individuals are required to keep your information secure and confidential. All credit card information supplied to us by you is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. In addition, we implement a variety of security measures to insure that when you place an order all personal information is secure. Moreover, all transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

 

Third Party Disclosure 

We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer your PII to outside parties unless we provide you with advanced notice. This does not extend to web hosting partners &/or other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting business, or servicing our customers, as long as those parties agree to keep your PII safe and confidential. We may however release your information when we believe appropriate in accordance with the law, to enforce our sites policies, protect our right or others' rights, property or safety.

On occasion, we may include or offer third party &/or affiliate links for products or services. These links have separate and independent privacy policies, therefore we have no responsibility or liability for the content &/or activities of these linked sites. We seek to safeguard the integrity of our site, and should you have an issue with any third party &/or affiliate link please contact us.

We have not enabled Google AdSense on our website &/or blog, however we have plans to do so in the future. Google has advertising requirements and principles in place to safeguard a positive experience for users. We use cookies to help remember and process items in your shopping cart and to track when applicable affiliate sales. These cookies are stored for 60 days.   • Should a data breech occur will shall notify uses via email and in-site notification within 7 business days.
